Responsible for the Group’s finance and management accounting functions and include consolidation of Group’s accounts, financial management, regulatory reporting to Bursa Malaysia, financial planning and budgetary control.
Ensure timely preparation of annual budgets, management reports and annual accounts as required by laws and regulations imposed by governing bodies.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with all reporting, accounting and audit requirements imposed by the regulatory bodies.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, professionals and bankers on daily activities and ad-hoc exercises.
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting or Professional Accountancy qualification and a member of Malaysian Institutes of Accountants (MIA)
Well-verse in accounting procedures, practices, latest accounting standards, reporting requirements of Bursa Malaysia and prepare to play an active role in detailed financial operations.
Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills with leadership qualities and ability to work affectively with people from all levels.
Keep abreast with the latest accounting standards, taxation rules & regulations and the relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
At least 5 years of post-graduate working experience and must be age above 30.
Executive, Credit Control
Responsibilities:
To assist the Senior Manager, Accounts & Admin in all credit control functions
To implement and review credit control policy
To monitor and review postpaid credit limit and terms regularly
To constantly check credit worthiness of debtors with credit agencies and market intelligence team
To assist in collections of debts owing by subscribers
Requirements:
A Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Banking or Management
Preferably have at least 3 years experience in collection or banking environment

Responsibilities:

To carry out banking activities, routine administration matters

Have an SPM and preferably have an LCCI Accounting qualification
Preferably have at least 2 years accounting experience in audit firms

HR Manager
Responsibilities:
Plan/budget HR requirements and compensation schemes
Manage, recruit and perform manpower planning, training and development, performance appraisal and staff welfare initiatives to attract, develop and retain key talents

Plan, develop and implement continuous HR improvement activities

Requirements:

Accountant
Responsibilities:
Preparation of financial report that is balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, etc.
Check & verify all payments, including payments by cheques, telegraphic transfers, bank
drafts and petty cash.
Prepare financial forecast and budgetary review and ensure strong management control.
Contribute to management decision making by providing financial information and advice.
Conduct review on all records, journal entries and financial statements to ensure data
adequacy and accuracy.
Ensure all relevant financial accounts and reports are produced and maintained in an
accurate and timely manner.
Liaise with auditor when called for during the performance of their audit.
Ensure that payment vouchers and invoices have been properly checked and authorised.
Provide the management with periodic management reports of planned activities, progress
problems and suggested solutions.
Ensure all cash handled is fully accounted for. All money received must be invoiced without
delay and cheque payments made to creditors in accordance with the policies and
procedures.
Ensure co-ordination and advise subordinates in their accounting activities.
Check and ensure unauthorised spending
Oversee the computerised accounting system and liaise with the relevant parties for
upgrades and improvement.
Compute figures for tax purposes.
Liaise and help the auditors to ensure they complete their task in time.
Co-ordinate liaise with other departments with regards to financial matter.
Prepare audit schedule.
Prepare and submit flash report, monthly management report, quarterly forecast and
keep management informed of developments as directed on a timely basis.

Coordinating of collection and bank-ins, reconciliation of monthly bank statements and other treasury matters.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Chinese.
