KUALA LUMPUR: Mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) XOX.Com Sdn Bhd has been assigned the “010” prefix by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).
"It's a milestone for us here at XOX as we have been working very hard for the past two and a half years –since September 2005 – to have finally been awarded the 010 prefix, which we feel is very much equivalent to a national asset,” said XOX.Com managing director and CEO Ng Kok Heng yesterday.
“We are continually refining the business model, talking to industry players, researching and following market trends to ensure that XOX is a solid and comprehensive mobile operator that will benefit consumers in every way possible,” he added.
Although classified as a MVNO, the company aims to offer competitive full-fledged services.
