XOX’s First Customer Service Outlet in North Malaysia |

XOX Com Sdn Bhd (XOX)
is pleased to ‘open its doors’ to local consumers with the official
launch of the XOX’s First Service Outlet in Alor Setar. Officiated by
YB Dato’ Wira Chor Chee Heung, Deputy Minister of Finance I, YBhg.
Dato’ Eric Chuah, CEO if CSL Group of Companies, Mr Jason Ooi, Managing
Director of Teleforce Telecommunication (M) Sdn Bhd, Mr. Edwin Gan,
General Manager of CSL Group of Companies and Mr. Robert Chew, Chief
Operations Officer of XOX Com Sdn Bhd, the service outlet is located
within Sentosa Plaza, Alor Setar. The service outlet is operated by one
of XOX’s master dealers, Teleforce Telecommunication (M) Sdn Bhd and
will provide a wide range of services to XOX mobile subscribers such as
change of SIM cards, change of subscription plans, payment of bills,
redemption of XOX merchandise and more.
“This is definitely a milestone event for us. With the opening of XOX’s
first service outlet in Alor Setar, we are able to bring the XOX brand
and the XOX experience closer to our customers in the Northern region
of Malaysia,” said Mr.Robert Chew, Chief Operations Officer of XOX Com
Sdn Bhd.
“With the XOX ‘Hop On’ Mobile Network Portablity (MNP) package already
in the market since the Chinese New Year, the XOX 010 Prepaid package
officially launched in May, and our grand launch in Q2 this year, we
have a very busy and extremely exciting year ahead. We want to ensure
that we are ready in all aspects – from our technology, to coverage and
services as we would like to try our best to fulfill each and every
single one of our users’ needs and wants,” he added.
Equipped with an extensive support system of over 7,500 dealers
nationwide, credible technology partners, and the opening of brand new
XOX Customer Care Centers, XOX is now, more than ever, ready to serve
its users, offering them unparallel rates, the widest nationwide
coverage, top-notched services and dynamic content beyond mobile.
Commenting on Sentosa Plaza as its choice location, Mr. Chew said that
the move was XOX’s way of acknowledging its niche Chinese market and
therefore catering to their convenience.
“Sentosa Plaza is an ideal location as we want to be within reach of
our users, ensuring them maximum accessibility and ease when seeking
assistance and product services. We believe with our new service outlet
here in Sentosa Plaza, we will be able to better fulfill our customers’
needs and expectations. And by delivering the best sales and after
sales service to our customers in this region, we are aiming to further
increase XOX’s presence in the Northern Region of Malaysia.” said Mr.
Chew.
Following this latest addition to XOX’s various service outlets around
Malaysia, XOX targets to establish 50 Customer Care Centers nationwide
by the end of the year.
XOX Customer Care Centre operation hours are from 10am to 10pm every
Mondays to Sundays including public holidays. The Service Outlet is
