XOX’s First Customer Service Outlet in East Malaysia |

XOX Com Sdn Bhd (XOX)
is pleased to ‘open its doors’ to local consumers with the official
launch of the XOX’s First Service Outlet in East Malaysia. Officiated
by Mr. Ng Kok Heng, President of XOX Com Sdn Bhd and Mr. Bryan Chai,
Managing Director of Shine Marketing Sdn Bhd, the service outlet is
located within Bintang Mega Mall, Miri. The service outlet is operated
by one of XOX’s master dealers, Shine Marketing Sdn Bhd and will
provide a wide range of services to XOX mobile subscribers such as
change of SIM cards, change of subscription plans, payment of bills,
redemption of XOX merchandise and more.
“Today marks a milestone for us. With the opening of XOX’s first ever
service outlet in East Malaysia, we are now able to say, that XOX is
very much present in both East & West Malaysia,” said Mr. Ng Kok
Heng, President of XOX Com Sdn Bhd.
“With the XOX ‘Hop On’ Mobile Network Portability (MNP) package already
in the market since Chinese New Year; the XOX 010 Prepaid package
officially launched in May, and our grand launch in Q2 this year - we
have had a very busy and extremely exciting year ahead. We want to
ensure that we are ready in all aspects – from our technology, to
coverage and services as we would like to try our best to fulfill each
and every single one of our users’ needs and wants,” he added.
Equipped with an extensive support system of over 7,500 dealers
nationwide, credible technology partners, and the opening of brand new
XOX Customer Care Centers, XOX is now, more than ever, ready to serve
its users, offering them unparallel rates, the widest nationwide
coverage, top-notched services and dynamic content beyond mobile.
Commenting on Miri as its choice location, Mr. Ng said the move was
XOX’s way of acknowledging Sarawak’s importance in its business plans.
“The East Malaysian market is an important one for us. With Sarawak’s
growing urban population, the opening of our Service Outlet here in
Miri is in essence, XOX’s way of expressing its commitment to the
people of Sarawak,” said Mr. Ng.
He added, “We believe with our new service outlet here in Miri, we will
be able to better fulfill our customers’ needs and expectations. And by
delivering the best sales and after sales service to our customers in
this region, we are aiming to further increase XOX’s presence in
Sarawak.”
Following this latest addition to XOX’s various service outlets around
Malaysia, XOX targets to establish 50 Customer Care Centers nationwide
by the end of the year.
XOX Customer Care Centre operation hours are from 10am to 10pm every
Mondays to Sundays include public holidays.. The Service Outlet is
