Soo Pow Min, a Malaysian, is a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of XOX, having been appointed to the Board on 30 June 2010. He graduated in 1990 with a Bachelor of Architecture in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago, United States of America.
As a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of our Company, he brings with him approximately 20 years of working experience such as contract management, administration and contract tendering. He started his career in 1990 with YTL Corporations Berhad as an Architect and was responsible for overseeing the architectural work of the company.
In 1994, he founded Urban Builder as a sole proprietorship but subsequently ceased business in 1999 when he was appointed Director of Pembinaan Wincon Sdn Bhd, a position which he held to date. In 2009, he founded DP Land Sdn Bhd and has been the Director of DP Land Sdn Bhd since.
