Executive, Channel Sales Support
Responsibilities:
To coordinate and provide full support for Channel Sales in coordination with the relevant departments such as Channel Support, Marcom, Business Development Dept, Inventory Dept,
Customer Service Dept, Financial & Admin Dept and Technical Dept.
Assist management in implementing the changes and modifications, if any.
Help to coordinate with all relevant departments on activities, implementations and operations.
Help to design and generate reports to facilitate business analysis..
Handling all correspondence and organizing contact between the sales department and their channels.
Help to maintain customer records.
Keeping records of visits and sales reports.
Taking, progressing, monitoring and follow-up orders.
To assist finance dept to process invoices if needed.
Preparing estimates and quotations for customers.
Keeping records of sales targets and actual sales figure and compiling them into reports for management perusal.
To screen customer leads (new dealer) received through website, coordinate requests, fulfill requests.
Tracking the purchase orders on delivery, mishaps or delays, etc.
Provide administrative support for the Vice President, General Manager, Sales Managers and Sales Representatives.
Work closely with the internal team members and External Field Sales force (Distributors, Master Dealers & Dealers) to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Taking messages for Internal Sales staff while members are on vacation or unable to access their mailbox, where applicable.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports for revenue tracking and management reporting.
Continuously monitor Sales Data Base for completeness of Company Information.
Assisting to prepare incentive to Distributors, Master Dealers & Dealers.
Preparing agendas and minutes of meetings when required
To be responsible to handle and revert on calls & email enquiries from Disti, MD & Dealer with regards to Channel Sales matter
Be able to support Disti, MD and Dealers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Be able to multi-tasking & meeting deadline.
Other ad-hoc assignment from time to time involving any Sales Activities.

Proactively attends to all walk-in, handles retail sales, service enquires, payments and complaints.

Participates in sales, customer service, loyalty road shows as and when required.
