   Asst. Manager, Channel Sales
Responsibilities:
  • To manage a group of channel sales staff
  • To plan frequent visits to and service of dealers
  • To plan, manage and monitor sales of dealers
  • To promote products and conduct sales activities to increase sales to dealers
  • To organize regular training to dealers on new products and incentives
  • To make reports on sales and market information to management
Requirements:
  • Min a diploma or degree in marketing or advertising
  • Preferably have sales experience in telco, DVD, handphone accessories products
  • Have an outgoing, cheerful and pleasant personality
  • Have supervision and management skills
  • Able to speak English, Mandarin and other Chinese dialects
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Willing to travel often and work at odd hours.
  • Have a valid car driving licence
  • Age between 26 to 33
 
   Supervisor, Channel Sales
Responsibilities:
  • To visit and service dealers with sales staff
  • To check on POSM and stocks of dealers
  • To take orders and supply stocks to dealers
  • To brief and train dealers on new products and incentives
  • To make reports on sales and market information to management
Requirements:
  • Min SPM and above
  • Preferably have selling experience in telco, DVD, handphone accessories products
  • Have an outgoing, cheerful and pleasant personality
  • Able to speak English, Mandarin and other Chinese dialects
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Have a valid car driving licence
  • Age between 24 to 28
 
   Executive, Channel Sales Support
Responsibilities:
  • To coordinate and provide full support for Channel Sales in coordination with the relevant departments such as Channel Support, Marcom, Business Development Dept, Inventory Dept, Customer Service Dept, Financial & Admin Dept and Technical Dept.
  • Assist management in implementing the changes and modifications, if any.
  • Help to coordinate with all relevant departments on activities, implementations and operations.
  • Help to design and generate reports to facilitate business analysis..
  • Handling all correspondence and organizing contact between the sales department and their channels.
  • Help to maintain customer records.
  • Keeping records of visits and sales reports.
  • Taking, progressing, monitoring and follow-up orders.
  • To assist finance dept to process invoices if needed.
  • Preparing estimates and quotations for customers.
  • Keeping records of sales targets and actual sales figure and compiling them into reports for management perusal.
  • To screen customer leads (new dealer) received through website, coordinate requests, fulfill requests.
  • Tracking the purchase orders on delivery, mishaps or delays, etc.
  • Provide administrative support for the Vice President, General Manager, Sales Managers and Sales Representatives.
  • Work closely with the internal team members and External Field Sales force (Distributors, Master Dealers & Dealers) to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Taking messages for Internal Sales staff while members are on vacation or unable to access their mailbox, where applicable.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports for revenue tracking and management reporting.
  • Continuously monitor Sales Data Base for completeness of Company Information.
  • Assisting to prepare incentive to Distributors, Master Dealers & Dealers.
  • Preparing agendas and minutes of meetings when required
  • To be responsible to handle and revert on calls & email enquiries from Disti, MD & Dealer with regards to Channel Sales matter
  • Be able to support Disti, MD and Dealers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Be able to multi-tasking & meeting deadline.
  • Other ad-hoc assignment from time to time involving any Sales Activities.
 
   Senior Manager, Marketing & Brand Communications
Responsibilities:
  • Overseas the entire marketing and branding activities of the Company.
  • Analyse industry and market situations and provide solutions.
  • Design, create, improve on marketing plans and implement marketing activities.
  • Liaise with our advertisers and PR consultants on brand building.
  • Constantly developing new and niche markets and monitoring performance.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, preferably from The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing, branding or advertising.
  • Have strong command in English and Mandarin.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Willing to travel extensively throughout Malaysia.
 
   Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for product planning, monitoring and executing of all marketing activities.

  • Develop strategies that maximize distribution of product lines through distribution channels and possess the ability to analyze problems within the distribution channel.
  • Willing to travel outstation

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in FMCG is required for managerial level and 3 year(s) for executive level.

   Sales Assistant
Responsibilities:
  • Proactively attends to all walk-in, handles retail sales, service enquires, payments and complaints.
  • Responsible for keeping abreast with company’s products, services, marketing campaigns, systems, processes and technology content/displays.
  • Ensure proper conduct, discipline and representation of Company’s brand, value and organization at all time.
  • Participates in sales, customer service, loyalty road shows as and when required.
  • An active participant in company retail centre meeting: discuss KPIs, challenges, brainstorm ideas/action plan and forward plan.
Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM qualification with at least 1-2 years sales and/or service experience.
  • Good communication skills and language proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Result and service oriented, proactive attitude.
