You may send and receive text messages to/from all local mobile operators and selected international network operators. |

SMS to XOX and Celcom will be charged based on same network rate. |

| 3. 3G Video Call |
| |
| 1. |
3G Video Call is available. |
| 2. |
The 3G Video Call charges differ from normal voice call rates. |

You can call by selecting “Video Call’ to perform this feature. |
| 4. |
3G Video Call is only available within a 3G network area of coverage. |
| 5. |
This feature is available only to 3G phones.

| 4. Voicemail (VMS) |
| |
| 1. |
Voicemail is a service that allows callers to leave their voice message when you are busy, unreachable/out of coverage or unable to attend a call. |
| 2. |
You can retrieve your voicemail via Voicemail Short Codes. Dial 13120 and press call to retrieve your voicemail message from your mobile phone. |
| 3. |
For security purposes, you are encouraged to change your default voicemail password. Just dial 13120 and follow the instructions given. |

| 6. Call Waiting/ Holding |
| |
|
| 1. |
Call Waiting/ Holding is a service which allows you to hold a current call and answer another incoming call. |

If you have an incoming call while talking on your phone, you can choose to accept, ignore or reject the incoming call. |
| 3. |
|
| |
To answer the incoming call and put Line 1 on hold: |

Press OPTION followed by ANSWER ,
Line 1 will automatically be put on Hold |
|

| |
To reject the second call: |
|
| |
| Press OPTION followed by END INCOMING CALL |

To switch between two calls: |

| 7. Call Forwarding |
| |

This is a feature where the call will be forwarded when it is not reachable, not answered, busy or unconditional. |

| 8. Multi Party Conferencing |
| |
|
| 1. |
Multi Party Conferencing is a service where you can talk to multiple parties at the same time. |
| 2. |
Normal call charges apply for all outgoing calls depending on the prefix number and the location (Local / International). |
| 3. |
This is a mobile phone dependent feature. Some mobile phones may not be able to support this feature. |

How to perform a Multi Party Conference Call |

| 9. Validity Lifecycle |
| |
|
|
Your unused airtime balance will not be forfeited after your airtime validity expires. You can still receive calls and SMS, make emergency calls and check your airtime balance for up to 60 days after your airtime validity expires. |

Subscriber’s prepaid lifecycle starts when the SIM card is registered. |

| ACTIVE |
: |
Subscriber’s status will be changed from registered to active after the first call is made.* |
|
| B. |
| BARRED |
: |
Subscriber’s status will be changed from Active to Barred after validity period has expired after 30 days without any recharge. Outgoing calls & SMS will not be allowed during this period except for calling to emergency numbers and non chargeable services. |
|
| C. |
| BLOCKED |
: |
Subscriber’s status will be changed from Barred to Blocked when the subscriber does not recharge for 30 days after status is changed to Barred. Only emergency number calls are allowed in this status. |
|
| D. |
| TERMINATED |
: |
Subscriber’s status will be changes from Blocked to Terminated when subscriber does not do a recharge (minimum of RM5) for 30 days after status changes to Blocked. Subscriber’s account will then be deleted. |

Note:
All of the statuses above will change to Active when a recharge is made except for Terminated state.
*When SIM Card is registered without making the first call, the number will be terminated after 30 days. |

11. Information |
| |

| 1. |
Your SIM card comes with a 8-digit Personal Unblocking Key (PUK). This PUK number is located at the back of the SIM card. |
| 2. |
Every SIM Card has an option for the user to set a Personal Identification Number (PIN). Please refer to the manual of your mobile phone. |
| 3. |
XOX Customer Service Number is 1300 888 010 (normal charges apply) or 13125 from your MY XOX mobile. |
| |
| Please note that your SIM card will be blocked after three incorrect PIN entry attempts. You will then be required to enter the PUK to unblock your SIM card. Should you have ten unsuccessful attempts entering the correct PUK, your SIM card will be permanently blocked and you will need to purchase a new SIM card at the cost of RM10. |

| 12. International Roaming |
| |

As XOX prepaid comes with International Roaming Service activated by default, you are saved by the hassles of having to perform any additional registration or configuration. Instead, you can immediately enjoy staying in touch with the world. |

| 13. Change IVR Language |
| |

XOX IVR system language and XOX SMS service info by default is Chinese language, if subscriber wish to change the default language, please refer as below: |
